Graduation is an exciting milestone, and ensuring you receive your certificate and transcript is essential. Here's all the key information you need about obtaining your graduation documents.


Certificates and Transcripts


  • Your transcript is sent separately from your certificate, typically to your registered home address. If you don’t receive it within six months of completing your course, contact the Student Information Desk (SiD) at sid@beds.ac.uk.


  • Interim unit results can be downloaded via e:Vision.


  • If you cannot attend your graduation ceremony, log in to e:Vision to indicate your absence and request that your certificate be posted.

 

  • You can email the Graduation Team at graduation@beds.ac.uk, providing your full name, student ID, and delivery address. International students may request DHL delivery for an additional fee.

Requesting a Duplicate Transcript or Certificate


If you need a duplicate certificate or transcript, visit the University of Bedfordshire Online Store. For students who graduated before 2006 from the University of Luton, a verification certificate may be available. Check with the Graduation Office for details.


To request a duplicate transcript, fill out the form at: Request a Duplicate Transcript and provide the details of where it should be sent.


Special Requests


  • Apostille Marks: The University does not issue apostille marks. For more information on obtaining an apostille, visit the Gov.uk website: Get Document Legalised 


  • Third-party collection**: Please note that certificates cannot be collected by third parties on your behalf.


Updating Your Address


To ensure your documents are sent to the correct address, keep your home address updated on your e:Vision account. If you need your transcript sent to a different location, such as a UK address for international students, make sure to update this before your transcript is posted.
